      Full weekends work, no work-life balance. No flexibility, the company cares more about themselves than employees. Management is very money-minded and does not give benefits to their employees, poor administration of processes and mainly Chinese speaking....

      Friendly colleague and comfortable space.

      Cons

      No personal working space, 6 days of working, not able to be promoted, need to complete lesson planning for 3-4 age groups more than 30 per week and language barrier.
