Pros
I joined Tria as a fresh-out-of-uni grad and have been with the company for just over a year now. I've been given a huge amount of training that's given me the confidence to step up into a 360 consultant role with the knowledge that I've been taught by some of the best in the Industry. There's a really good social life with regular drinks/meals/activities with all the colleagues.
Cons
Occasionally the office can get very hot in summer but I'm sure this will change soon with our expansion as we'll have to move to a larger office.
