Depending on position, lower ranks get training and certification on TRUMPF"s specialized equipment, 3 weeks vacation, health insurance. Probably managers feel more optimistic.
Cons
Design and production keep moving far one from the other, craftsmanship is dead, is you have perspectives of moving up is good, otherwise, you will be replaced by a machine that will be 100 faster with no intelligent design incorporated. Salaries at lower than standards across the industry. It doesn't take a genius to realize that the benefits come from the difference of wages.
