Sorry to say but after working here for a while I can honestly say that the respect for people on the field is none! Overtime every day is needed because the turnover of engineers is crazy, they always ask you to work Saturday and Sunday very often, the company is going down in life quality over the last years, avoid if you do not not burn your head here!
