We're glad to hear your first few weeks weren't chaotic — we do our best to spread the load and we know how serious burnout can negatively impact our employees.
You mentioned that "you've heard" that moving up is a problem, in your few weeks with us, have you had much communication with your manager regarding career movement and advancements? We strongly suggest having direct and open conversations with your manager regarding both your expectations as well as aspirations for your future with the company. With the wealth of opportunities for free learning provided through our Rockstar U, there's ample opportunity to learn new skills that can help elevate and advance your position as time progresses.
