Senior Management are blinkered to their own way of doing things or wanting things done All departments becoming target driven and focus is on commercial activities only. Compliance and legal obligations only do what needs to be done. No investment in infrastructure it’s a make do and mend culture. Some managers only get the job as they are friends of the senior management team and can talk the talk, but not necessarily walk the walk. If your good at your job you get pigeon holed and as work levels increase the expectations is for the additional work to be absorbed, extra resources are a none entity unless you work in the sales department.
