      Toxic rules and micromanagement No trust, no praise, instead-constant scolding for something you couldn't know Can't ever expect a raise Reminds you a sect where they try to buy you with pizzas and make it look like you are a family

      Pros

      You get to meet some of the best people from all over the world. Very strong community comes out of the trying, frustrating working environment.

      Cons

      People get treated very poorly by management, even when they have been there a long time and have been extremely loyal.
