- Lots of bureaucracy, egos and favoritism towards some employees
- Underqualified people in position and expect engineers to deliver on behalf them.
- Favorite employees gets PTOs others doesn't get PTO even though you are eligible to get it leagally. You have to inform 3 months prior to get approved, this is somethig new at this location.
- No coding standards and guide lines.
- No appreciation for employees who work hard and finish their tasks.
- Few talented other employees are unhappy with above, but never report it to higher management.
- No career growth as its not big company.
My advice is not to consider this company and don't waste your talent herel
