It has become a platform company with lots of video, e-mail, and editorial solutions rather than a widget company
Cons
Often times things are done in a chaotic and unorganized manner Heavy Jewish culture, you will hear hebrew in the office all the time. Most of the managers or team leads have been promoted to their roles due to time spent in the company not because of their skills, leadership potential or people management skills You need to be a part of the original gang that established the company in the early days. The employees who joined later are just filling in the open roles. Some of the top executives are not friendly, do not care about employees at the bottom. There is no career planning and performance management. Favorite employees get promoted easily, move to different roles, take sabbaticals, come late and leave early. Often times you will hear the term: “We like you”. Favoritism creates unfair environment for the company's success. New products are rushed to the market without proper planning. Sales Teams and Account Managers are selling half-baked products that are not ready for the market. Product and Professional Services are carrying the burden to make things happen.
