Pros
It's a great work environment with plenty of room to grow or switch to other areas at the company. The management is very open, understanding, and flexible. They also do a great job of recognizing when people go above and beyond. It's a great learning environment and any/all questions are welcome. All of the coworkers are very kind, smart, and work well as a whole team. The majority of callers are very patient, nice, and enjoyable to work with. Overall, STI is a great company to work for and it's filled with amazing people that really care about their jobs!
Cons
It's a call-center environment so sometimes it will be very busy with unrelenting calls or other tasks that you need to handle. The pay is okay but could be more competitive. There is a definite learning curve in the beginning and can sometimes feel like you're thrown in the deep end, but it gets better over time. And after about a year or two, the job can start feeling a bit repetitive or stagnant. But it's still a really good job and company!
