Pros

Pleasant environment and fun sometimes

Cons

The statement “family comes first” is just fake. There are politics although they refuse so and they pretend to be a perfect company which cares about its employees. It’s not the case.

Pros

This company began with the typical energy of a startup, but as it has scaled, it’s clear it no longer operates like one - though management seems reluctant to admit this shift. Recent senior hires have introduced some much-needed structure to what was once a micromanaged leadership style, yet the underlying issues remain.

Cons

Many of the company's behaviors feel more like marketing efforts than genuine actions. There’s a noticeable gap between the values the company claims to prioritize and the reality employees experience. For instance, “family first” is promoted as a core value, but in practice, it often feels like little more than a slogan. Decisions like terminating employees for not aligning with management’s directives undermine any sense of real flexibility or autonomy. The HR team, which should be there to support employees, has unfortunately become little more than the corporate face of management. Instead of advocating for employee well-being or fostering a healthy workplace culture, they now seem more focused on enforcing rigid policies and backing up management decisions, regardless of the impact on the staff. This shift makes it difficult for employees to feel genuinely supported or heard. Much of the toxicity in the environment seems to stem from the top, particularly the two founders. Their approach, though perhaps well-intentioned, creates an atmosphere where the pressure to conform to their vision limits innovation and discourages open communication. As a result, employees often feel more constrained than empowered. Innovation, which should be central to any growing company, is stifled here. Despite the talk of a progressive and dynamic culture, the freedom to experiment or work flexibly is sorely lacking. Ultimately, this company feels like just another startup that’s fallen into predictable patterns—promising one thing but delivering another. If you're looking for a truly creative, open and supportive environment, this might not be the place.
