Tadaweb pitches itself as a family and "family first" but has failed to deliver on being a supportive family or truly family first. Instead: Tadaweb forces toxic positivity upon it's employees to hide that it is largely a lifestyle company that is panicking under the weight of investor expectations/returns. I have worked in several startups over my career and have never found one to be so disorganized/harmfully reactive to it's staff. In short: Tadaweb is "family first" only when it's convenient to the company. Additionally, within the company I have found that a pathetic Game of Thrones-esque jockeying for power and executive adoration is preferred to productive work and insight. If you are an employee that is eternally working for power/perks and would like to spend your days "playing the game" apply away: you'll find some good short term enjoyment (Note: even the employees I've worked with that engage in this activity have opined to me about how miserable they truly are in this job.) If you are an employee that would like satisfying work, wants to strive towards public good, and doesn't enjoy a cutthroat snakepit of a working environment: AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
