Pros

Every individual in leadership roles are family members. So be careful what you say or do

Cons

- The CEO, Siva, exercises a highly controlling management style. He dismisses conventional talent management practices and focuses solely on revenue generation. Team members are expected to follow his directives without question, and he has been known to use aggressive language publicly toward staff who disagree. - During interviews, the company presents itself as having 30–40 active job openings. However, this is often a bait-and-switch tactic to attract clients. In practice, roles are often not real or immediately open, and you are expected to coordinate with internal recruiters based in India to fulfill these listings. - If you fill a position with a candidate that was provided by their recruiters, you will be charged $145 per resume x the total number of resumes that were provided by the internal sourcing team. These resumes are not guaranteed to be of high quality, and vetting may be minimal. - The position is advertised as full life-cycle recruiting, but in reality, it leans heavily on sales. You are not involved in standard client intake processes and are primarily responsible for client acquisition and candidate presentation. - The sourcing team sends out cold emails to companies with active job postings, claiming they already have qualified candidates. These resumes are offered "at no cost," but if the client shows interest, they are then asked to sign a placement agreement at a 20% fee, payable within 10 days and typically without any replacement guarantee. This fee can be renegotiated—though it often results in a higher rate. - Most of the roles you’ll work on are publicly available on job boards. If a client doesn’t provide a job description or compensation details, the internal team reportedly uses ChatGPT to fill in the gaps, which raises concerns about accuracy. - In 8 weeks, 12 Talent Acquisition Director resigned due that they had wasted a lot of their time and energy. This recruiting model won't work with the type of management and hostile environment.
