Pros

- Great people - Great clients and very interesting projects you get to work on - Change is needed and the company is doing that. - Work life balance depends on the team but can be good

Cons

- leadership has no clue what they are doing as this in new to them since the sale from Gartner - have broken multiple employment laws and do not care - Leadership does not think of their employees > Multiple employees have burnouts or are on their way but they are not thinking on how they reduce that in future - no thoughts about change management or change fatigue

Thank you for sharing your honest review of TalentNeuron. We appreciate your positive feedback on our people, clients, and projects. We are glad that you enjoyed working with us and that you recognized our efforts to change and improve. We also acknowledge your constructive criticism. We take your concerns seriously and we want to address them in a transparent and respectful way. - Leadership: We’ve built a team of executive leaders that represent both external experience as well as longevity with the iterations of TalentNeuron. While this new leadership team has faced some challenges and learning curves, we are always open to feedback and improvement. We’ve implemented new leadership and planning practices and have invested in training to advance the effectiveness of our leadership team. We are also conducting regular surveys and roundtables with our employees to understand their needs and expectations and following that listening with concrete action plans to address those needs. We know these efforts will help us to be more effective and inspiring leaders for our teams and our company. - Compliance: If there are issues in this area, it comes as a surprise to me. The HR and management teams practice an open-door policy. All reported concerns are investigated fully, with swift and serious action taken as warranted. We regularly review our policies, procedures and training to ensure that they are aligned with the current laws and standards. We have also implemented an anonymous feedback loop and a global code of conduct to promote a culture of integrity and accountability. And while you indicated you are no longer employed at TalentNeuron, my door is still open to your concerns in this area. I welcome the opportunity to hear directly from you so that your claim can be properly investigated. Employee well-being: We acknowledge that we have high expectations. It requires a tremendous amount of hard work and perseverance to excel in a highly innovative, competitive market. At TalentNeuron we rise to that challenge. However, we know that requires balance. Through our remote-first work environment, generous time off policies and health and welfare benefits, we provide flexibility and support for each Neuron to find the solutions that fit their unique individual needs. - Change management: No doubt, we at TalentNeuron are going through a significant and challenging transformation, as is the labor market and specifically HR tech in general. It’s an exciting time of rapid transformation, challenging established norms and fantastic innovation. This is both energizing and challenging to navigate. To that end, we are improving our change management process and strategy to involve our employees more in the planning and implementation of changes. We are also providing more training and guidance for our employees to help them adapt and cope with the changes. We want to ensure that our changes are meaningful and beneficial for our employees and our company. We hope that this response addresses your concerns and shows our commitment to improving our performance and culture. We value your feedback, and we welcome your suggestions on how we can do better. We thank you for your contribution and dedication to and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

The marketing team is upbeat, supportive, and makes meetings enjoyable. Cross-collaboration runs smoothly and other departments are willing to pitch in where they can.

Cons

There is so much product development/M&A-induced change/innovation that additional hats must be worn and role responsibilities are in flux.

Pros

Fully remote work. Good work-life balance (depending on the team). Most of the people are good, but most got laid off.

Cons

Multiple layoffs leading to poor morale and low job security. Frequent leadership changes and shifting priorities. Unrealistic expectations on outputs with smaller teams after layoffs causing burnout across all teams. Leadership often disconnected from employee concerns. Lack of clear long-term strategy and communication. Sales execution struggled, impacting the rest of the organization, marketing took the fall. Career growth was limited due to constant organizational changes. Leadership decisions felt erratic. CEO (Julie's) communication and conduct often felt unprofessional. The repeated layoffs eliminated several high-performing employees while lower-performing employees remained, making the process feel inconsistent and difficult to understand. It created the impression that performance was not consistently recognized or rewarded, which had a significant impact on morale and employee confidence.
