Highly political culture yet somehow they love to parrot the "we are a family" narrative over and over. The management is cold and distant and the resources provided to complete your work are quite lacking. Training was also non-existent and the company really has no idea what their forte is and what they are lacking. I can't understand the valuation proposition that this company earned and I cannot see them lasting another 3 years without being outright bought out.
