Pros
Next month, I will have been working in the company for one year, and it has been one of the best experiences. I've worked in different roles before, but this is my favourite so far. We all work from home, but we have very professional yet close communication with each other. We truly work as a team, respecting one another. We can trust each other, and the company promotes a culture where people come first.
Cons
The only con I can think of is that I would like to meet some of my colleagues in person more often. I have met some around the world, but still.
