I've been at Tanius Technology for over 8 months as a senior trader / quantitative researcher. This is by far the best place I've worked at. Many of my coworkers have been here for many many years and love it here. The people are friendly and at the same time very energetic and result driven. What I like the most is that I have an opportunity to work in a challenging, fast paced environment, where I get to collaborate with very smart people and get the support from great developers. Management is extremely supportive and provide all the resources needed without having to go through hurdles. They are also open to suggestions, new ideas and are very hands-on in all aspects of trading (research, coding, strategy monitoring). It is especially a great environment for junior employees who are given a lot of nurture and support, while having an opportunity to tackle high impact projects and learn a variety of skills. Additionally it's a casual working environment. The office is in a picture perfect location with many great hikes nearby, an on-site gym, catered breakfasts and lunches, unlimited vacation days and most importantly, we can have a flexible work schedule. Overall, I would recommend Tanius to anyone that is driven, full of ideas and interested in results.
