The boss trade himself. Once he knows how you trade, he will fire you.

Pros
No dress code, free food, a casual working environment, enjoyable people. The CEO is very nice. If you are an experienced trader, this place heaven. With unlimited vacation, you can plan your own schedule.
Cons
Unlike big trading firms, there is no training program. You have to learn from yourself. Very unorganized in terms of management. Senior traders have absolute control over their juniors. A new hire was there for only 2 weeks and left because his senior was scolding and yelling at him all day long.
