- Working in TMGSL in vallabhnagar - WFH facility they provide on full time - no need to come office until n unless client ask - Medical policy was good 5 Lack coverage - 20K per year they spend to use employee and his family
Cons
- Appraisal cycle in worst like they have quota for ratings (1,2,3,4,5) - only few ppls get 4/5 as they are well connected to manager - politics you know was too much
