Too much planning, not enough doing. Spend years working on must win battles and never really fully flesh them out before beginning another round of planning for more must win battles. Feels repetitve A lot of goal setting. Department goals, category goals, company goals all with their own tasks and sub tasks that you're supposed to track but no one ever really checks. It's an exercise in futility. The reasoning is sound but execution is poor Sales team as individuals are ok but the sales management struggles to make any kind of cohesive sales strategy for any new products, instead relying on throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks
