      I have worked for both public and private companies, large and small - Taymor is at the top of the list of my favourite places to work. Pros: Culture, salary, values, work life balance, support, transparency, career development, leadership, the list goes on.

      Pros

      Internal teams at Taymor work hard to support the sales team

      Cons

      Toxic Culture with the CEO heading the bullying and popularity metrics of the organization- I was new to the company and watched her berate several senior employees on meetings and calls- I wish I would have known of the toxicity prior to accepting the role- I can better understand the massive turnover in this role now- if you do not fit in the click- you will not be successful
