      Pros

      Outstanding support from day 1. Regular career development reviews and performance coaching. Great commission scheme and regular incentives/ rewards for achieving milestones. Friendly and supportive culture- great office environment.

      Cons

      To be successful in any role in recruitment, you need to be willing to put the time in and work hard- TeacherActive is no different. The days are long and busy but they do go very very quickly.
