Prior to starting at TeacherActive I was Team Leader at a rival company and I was looking for a role that was going to challenge me, and progress me, not only financially but as a person also, and that's exactly what I got at TA. I joined the company just shy of four years ago as Branch Manager of the London Office which was a start-up office at the time, It was a huge challenge and one that was above my skill set at the time but with my ambition and there support I felt like I could grow and achieve our goals. I have since been promoted and the office has grown to be one of the major education agency’s in London, I have a list of proud achievements as long as your arm! The major difference I have found at TeacherActive is the management have a rare ability to see talent in there people before even they do and the have a clear direction which is both rare and refreshing.
Cons
Early starts are tough in the winter but the morning session is so busy you soon get woke up.
