Pros
"Herb" called me pretty quickly after I applied (didn't even have a professional application process, the link just asked to send a resume to his email).
Cons
I was incredibly interested in the job - the company has a great concept and a lot of potential - just not with this management. I have a bachelors degree and four years of experience in sales and account management, yet he wanted to start me in customer service making about $10 an hour. Of course, he said I'd move up pretty quickly, but I had already read other reviews about him saying the same thing. Thank god I didn't take the job.
