I was incredibly interested in the job - the company has a great concept and a lot of potential - just not with this management. I have a bachelors degree and four years of experience in sales and account management, yet he wanted to start me in customer service making about $10 an hour. Of course, he said I'd move up pretty quickly, but I had already read other reviews about him saying the same thing. Thank god I didn't take the job.

They tricked me into thinking I would be doing one job and forced me to do customer service. They make so many promises that they do not keep. They told me that after a three month trial period I would be making more money and be doing the job that I applied for. 6 months later I received no raise and I was still working in customer service. I spent every day being yelled at by customers because the company is so poorly run and customers were constantly unhappy. When I asked if I were going to get a raise they offered me compensation for making an impossible goal... (I was making barley minimum wage) This was my first job out of school and I was so excited but I was treated so poorly. It scarred me for life and I will research a company before I jump into a job. Please do not work here! You will thank me later.
