Pros

Talented Team: Many colleagues are highly skilled and committed, making collaboration and teamwork a positive aspect of the work experience. Remote Work Flexibility: The ability to work remotely provided valuable flexibility, helping to maintain a good work-life balance.

Cons

Unstable Environment: The company has been through multiple rounds of layoffs, creating a constant state of fear and uncertainty. Employees are treated as expendable, and there is no real job security. Poor Leadership: The upper management is ever changing and overall disorganized and disconnected from the day-to-day realities of the workforce. Decisions are made without consideration for the impact on employees or the long-term health of the company. Toxic Culture: Favoritism runs rampant, especially with new management. There is little to no recognition for hard work unless you’re part of the “in” crowd. This has led to a hostile and demoralizing work environment. Lack of Direction: The company’s vision and strategy are unclear, leading to constant shifts in priorities and responsibilities. Employees are often left in the dark, trying to figure out where the company is headed. Burnout: Due to the lack of clear direction, excessive workloads, along with the many rounds of mass layoffs & firings of beloved coworkers, burnout is inevitable. The company does little to support the well-being of its employees, leading to high turnover and low morale.
