Having some of the Good projects of AT&T and British Telecom.

No visibility for Employees to carry on with company. No career path defined for Techies. Power is given to an individuals in management not to a process for compliance. There has always been a sense of uncertainity & panic amoung employees for the future of the company after taking over Satyam.
