-> Give you a good platform to start the career. -> Atmosphere is good
Cons
-> Not much personal growth as it is very difficult to move to the another project as ur manager will never release you -> Never think about the hike/raise cos u will probably never get it or it will so less that u r unable to find difference in ur monthy paycheck -> If you want to re-locate then forget it. Cos switching is many times easier than re-location
