Here will be your timeline of events: 1) Written salary confirmation you accept 2) Months pass, you decline your other offers, they come back and say new salary is 25% less, take it or leave it 3) You take it because you declined your other offers, you’re no longer able to get a hold of HR because they only cared about filling the role 4) They told you it was a permanent long term position, but then come back a couple months later and say you’re gone in two weeks. No one supports finding you a different role. HR silent. — Everyone in charge is the same race. Why is this? HR and management communication is severely lacking.
