Got hired for some other department and working at some other department Useless training they trained us with ppt and a test account which doesn’t even have any feature. No proper guidance they expect us to be proficient in everything and how is that possible Very less pay- even the actual company pay more compared to this ppl taking away our money not giving proper training doing micro management it’s a call centre job I agree but there must be some kind of respect given to the employe we are not cattle expecting us to be on queue forever without even moving our self. Poor work life balance - No proper training No proper communication Insufficient knowledge for the TL
