- starting from the training: the trainer literally did not know proper english and it was so confusing to understand the them. They literally read each line from the slides and didnt even explain the procedures properly! Our hands on training was to start on a specified date and these people told us that it has been preponed to an earlier date just because - no reason at all!! So unprofessional. The 1 st day of handson training, they told us that they have literally OVER STAFFED people and will switch us to a program we were not even trained for! And then when we were not getting enough calls for the day, they deliberately put us on BACK TO BACK CALLS!! ON THE FIRST DAYYY - when you dont even have the hang of things!! When questioned about it by other agents, they said “oh no problem. Im sure you will get used to it soon!” LOLLL! Moreover, they dont even have enough support for the agents! They expect us to take back to back calls and dont even provide ACW. Its literally just 30secs!! You dont even get a chance to complete your previous work and you get another call. Its just the WORST EVER company I have worked for.
