      Supportive, friendly, caring teammates. Excellent benefits and work + life balance. Ability to use the newest tech tools (project management, communications, AI, etc.) Learning opportunities from management training, peer coaching training, to book clubs.

      Cons

      As with any tech company, change is rapid for products. Some may love that and others could find it challenging.

      Pros

      The company really cares about their employees. You will have a chance to work on interesting projects and products. Most of the teams have a good work and life balance. Great CEO.

      Cons

      Perhaps there were simply too many meetings. I had 12+ meetings a week, along with constant communication, demos, and interruptions. That impacted my productivity and my work-life balance. Some other team members, though, seemed to do fine in that environment.
