CEO limits the growth opportunities by controlling all decisions. He constantly will change direction his leadership team recommends. He has no respect for others input and in fact will force out those who do not cowl to his way. Instability in the leadership positions has caused confusion and stress in the employee rank and file that causes good talent to leave. High turnover rate over the last 2 years include 2 CTO's, 3 Sales & Marketing leaders, 1 CFO, 1 Dir of Operations, 4 IT Developers/Managers and multiple account support personnel. Old technology and CEO's lack of proactive investment has left the company at risk with it's largest client. CEO is clueless on what is needed to compete until it is too late. Lack of strategic leadership, old technology, and lack of a competitive product will limit the opportunities of Tecmark.
