      The immediate supervisor will not give any feedback on how is your performance, And one day will announce they will let you go because of cost savings.

      Great team on the production level that works together to meet demands.

      Cons

      Hot hot hot. Money is thrown into projects that seme to always end in "well that can't be used", but heaven forbid the employees ask for better compensation.
