      Toxic workplace - not worth it!

      Pros

      The best reasons have all left - quit, fired, or just gone. If you like a "dynamic" workplace, and thrive in constant change, you might enjoy it.

      Cons

      The upper management ("C suite") is almost entirely incompetent, save for the COO, but he is in Florida. The owner can't make up his mind, and is constantly running around fixing thing that aren't broken, ignoring what is, putting off things that needed attention yesterday, and is a walking HR complaint. So many family members and friends work there because they don't trust anyone else. Its basically like high school - super cliquey, the "cool kids" are in charge of everything, and the rumor mill never stops.

      Nothing, facility sucks, toilets don’t work, terrible moral

      Cons

      Owner is a bumbling idiot, C-suite are all ignorant and lean on COO in Florida to keep place afloat, Owner has like 5 companies and can’t pay bills on time to allow for UPS to even pick up, Wealth is distributed by “In-Crowd”, Director Makin 185k/year and giving peanuts to others. Toxic environment, ethics, no moral, sexual harassment etc
