Pros

Reliable hours each week. All calls are scripted professionally. Great support from Team leaders and management. They care about employees and clients. I am amazed at how well this call center functions. I have worked in other call centers before, none compare to Teledirect for professionalism and support provided. If I have any trouble with a call, I can simply call the support line and ask for help.

Cons

None as of now. Attendance is strict but I understand that is why they are one of the top call centers.

Pros

Easy to do. The scripts are repetitive so once you learn them you learn them for good. Kind leadership Varied shifts since it is 24/7 Simple systems to use

Cons

Quality reviews are very nit-picky. With a below ranking score average of 94. It is difficult to keep your head above water when you get deducted 10 points for missing a single-letter phonetic. Breaks have to be under 15 or you get marked off as "Below" in your evaluation. You are not allowed to leave for the restroom outside of your break. Pay can be better with the ever-changing world around us. Occurrences (attendance) can be difficult to remove.
