Pros
My project manager was very understanding. When you missed a day you were able to work on your days off and not a missing point.
Cons
Very little supervisors-wouldn't want to take sup calls. I was promoted and it took over 3 months to get my raise. Also with PTO it was given to me 6 weeks after.
