Pros
Anyone who walks through TelTech's front door instantly knows that there is something great and different about the company. Our office is in South Amboy, NJ, which isn't known as a tech hub. But our open, modern office feels like something out of Silicon Valley. We have a fantastic group of about 30 people. Everyone has fun together, there is always something innovative and exciting being worked on, and everyone is supportive of each other. The owners invest heavily in culture, and genuinely care about us as individuals. Working at TelTech never feels like a grind.
Cons
There is really very little to complain about. We are very dynamic, so initiatives can change rapidly. Sometimes that means a little bit of confusion, but if you are adaptable this is manageable.
