      Generally good people at the level below management working trying to make the product be as good as it can be

      Cons

      Toxic atmosphere. Promotes "dog eat dog" internal competition while saying they expect "teamwork". Poor compensation and intentional "boiler room" feel.

      Great people to work with on the floor and good benefits while available.

      Cons

      This is a house built on quicksand. Turnover incredibly high, management dysfunctional as can be and a culture that is the most toxic you'll find in corporate real estate.
