      Typical American PLC. All that really matters is this quarters results and the EPS. Talk about longer term, bigger picture things, but all really irrelevant to the results.

      Bad management, company lost its way. 7 years ago was the best companyni had ever worked for . Company started hiring from outside and legacy of thr company was lost.
