Pros

It wasn't a bad company until the 2022 merger. Restructuring meant cost cutting and terminations from high level executives down to lowly CSRs. Pay was only $18 hourly yet management felt that it was superior because most of the leadership had been woth the company for decades. I had amazing stats but when a single Karen complained about a justified interaction that was just to her dislike yet following training methodologies, I was terminated.

Cons

Software is grossly aged and causes CSRs to have to learn a large amount of platforms that could be much more efficient if they'd invest in technology.

Pros

Take home work truck and okay benefits.

Cons

we used to get a couple days off the end of the month to help recoup, but that's gone now Also Employees are pressured to submit sales leads or risk being scheduled for mandatory Saturday shifts. Stops are often completed early in the system to improve performance metrics, creating inaccurate reporting. This leaves fewer scheduled services for the following month, forcing employees to scramble to find additional stops just to meet their production goals.
