Pros

Work mates are all good lads. Always support if you need it. Learn new things every day. Bonus was always available at first. Extra money to be made via successful sales leads at 5%. More money threw over time, especially in summer months.

Cons

Bonus was stopped during business take over. Overtime paid at normal rate during the week. Low basic pay.
