Pros
I learned a lot about PMO best practices in the info sec and tech space, and was surrounded by a lot of very smart people!
Cons
Didn't always have enough resources to accomodate client needs, so working with frustrated clients would be difficult for me personally at times. However, the company has grown greatly since. There wasn't as much of a career path for me in the PM space once I reached a certain point.
