When do I begin? As a New Employee you are excited to start a new job in a good company, but this wasn’t the experience for me. It started off with The supposedly Chief Experience Officer (CXO) who should NOT be in her current role. Here’s my experience as follows. • Offer letter received 2 weeks after the offer – submitted by CXO • Bad Applicant Tracking System – Terrible Recruiting/Onboarding process • NO Training provided • On my First Day – Telephone not working, All Systems Not working, Terrible WIFI • Email Signature issues – took 3 weeks to resolve • My Name plate not posted on my door – nobody knew who I was • Treated like a Temporary Employee – never felt “Welcome” • C -Level very unprofessional – Grossly Incompetent • My first week – went from 5 openings to 13 total openings – People jumped ship • NO MASKS are worn – it’s optional??? BAD Company, BAD Culture – if you are looking for your first job or entry level role in a Technology company…...look elsewhere. Plano is FULL of Technology companies. You can do MUCH BETTER than this crappy start-up that burns and churns people. The 20 MSP will NEVER grow!!! They don’t’ have the employees in place to catchup with all of the demands from their new clients.
