Pros

Okay company benefits. Good kitchen management despite awful the general manager

Cons

Head Office Management doesn't really look into how well General Managers do or how they treat their staff. No pay raises unless the minimum wage goes up or you become a Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager OR the General Manager thinks well of you

Pros

None I can think of. The company recently had a redundancy round and people were queuing up to leave the company to get away from the intolerable culture.

Cons

Nasty place to work. The same senior team who post glowing reviews on here have also been present at meetings where people are in tears, have witnessed four letter tirades emanating from the CEOs office and have themselves, in private, shared how much they dislike the business.

Pros

Good community and sense of job safety given size of operations

Cons

Lost in the crowd at times for the exact same reason it feels secure, the size of operation. No obvious and direct lines of progression
