This is your classic cliquey start up organization filled with egotistical maniacs that make poor decision making based on whom they like versus whom they dont like. Their revenue is faultering, they have people in positions of power that are not qualified for it, and their product is inferior to others in the market. Take my word for it, they will not be around for long based on the way the company is being run. They also have a history of running employees out of the company before their stocks vest. Take my word for it...Do not take that interview.
