      Pros

      I enjoyed working with my team and learning opportunities during my tenure.

      Cons

      At The Block, I had some very talented and knowledgeable colleagues. I couldn't say the same for those in leadership. There's no way you can handle layoffs well but any c-suite member looking to learn how they shouldn't handle them should follow The Block's guide.

      Research team is solid. They do good work.

      Cons

      Almost everything. Sketchy connections to Sam Bankman-Fried, Horrific leadership (even worse now with new CEO), micromanagement like I've never seen before, terrible comp (good luck earning whatever commission you are goaled against), terrible sales management. Awful, awful, awful.

      Great website, nice benefits, unlimited vacation, free citi bike membership, free health classes.

      Cons

      This is your classic cliquey start up organization filled with egotistical maniacs that make poor decision making based on whom they like versus whom they dont like. Their revenue is faultering, they have people in positions of power that are not qualified for it, and their product is inferior to others in the market. Take my word for it, they will not be around for long based on the way the company is being run. They also have a history of running employees out of the company before their stocks vest. Take my word for it...Do not take that interview.
