      Pros

      Great opportunities from day one. Huge responsibility from early on, with great support from serving personnel. Lots of active work!

      Cons

      Don't use skills of individuals well. Huge gulf between care for regulars and reserves. Do not value their people, it is all a numbers game. Reserves pay is also poor.
