I just recently moved to London from New Zealand the team has made me feel really welcome and at home. The culture and atmosphere at CMG has made it an easy transition and you really do feel a part of the team. With such a supportive and collaborative business, you lose the ‘cog in the wheel’ feeling and actually have an impact on day to day decisions. When speaking with the Consultants on site its abundantly clear they are passionate about their work, their clients and the CMG brand. It really is an infectious.
Cons
As I work in our Central Services team, it can be a bit challenging at times to stay connected to our Consultants as they are based on client sites throughout London. In saying this though, it’s even nicer when we have team events because everyone is in such great spirits to see and catch up with people they haven’t seen in a while!
