Good Job if you want flexibility and a steady paycheck in exchange for no growth (career advancement or learning). - Accounting The Coca-Cola Company Employee Review

Pros

Great Benefits (Time off, vacation buy), Resume Builder due to company's name, SAP experience. A good place to work if you want a "job" not a career with progression. Probably great for people nearing retirement, recent college graduates looking to build a resume, or job takers.

Cons

No growth opportunity at all.....unless you leave and come back. Buy why would anyone do that as the position you are hired for is where you generally stay and nothing will change. When higher level people leave the organization they expect the lower level staff to take on their work and they don't reward or promote them instead they hire from outside and your contributions get forgotten almost immediately even if you took on additional work for several months. It seems that sometimes hiring managers are punished if they want to promote someone on their team. (Ex: a new level II position is created, however, if the level I on the team gets promoted to it they won't backfill their position but no work will go away. So the manager is forced to look outside).

Pros

Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

Cons

While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
